The AliMed IQ Cupid alarm is a fall management alarm for medical purposes.  When a patient attempts to get up, the pull cord that is clipped to their clothing is dettached and sounds an alarm for nearby nurses to come assist.  In a market saturated with gray plastic boxes, the IQ Cupid is a big innovative leap in function and aesthetics.  

 

Responsibilities include:  market research, concept sketching, Solidworks CAD modeling, Rapid Prototyping, and in field testing.
